To do so, we have partnered with leading logistics/Ship rocket under courier companies such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, Ecomexpress, Aramex, and Fedex.

Delivery Timeline

While the delivery timeline depends upon the delivery address of the customer, a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver, while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas, it might take 5-7 working days.

Shipping Charges

Pan India: We provide free shipping across India.
Once an Order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
COD will be processed only after the verification call from our end.
If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at +91- 9655799655 or mail us at cc@jazzlifestylechennai.com mentioning your order number, and we shall do our best to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

Cancellation Policy

Jazzlifestyle reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.
In the event wherein the customer wishes to cancel or replace his/her order post-confirmation, he/she should either call us at +91- 9655799655 or email us at cc@jazzlifestylechennai.com stating the ORDER No.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations are permitted beyond 24 hours, barring extenuating circumstances. Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of jazzlifestylechennai.com & the refund will only be initiated after an email or phone confirmation. You can email us at cc@jazzlifestylechennai.com for any cancellation requests. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services.
Cancellation / Replacement will not be accepted if there is a removal tag, any stains of makeup, or any damages occurred in the garment.

Discount coupon codes are not applicable on sale products.

Customized Products/Orders

Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect with them same. There will be no discount available for the customisation cost of any product.

Order delay/cancellations due to delay

Given the complexity in production, occasionally, a product may not be produced as per the output expected, and so we may seek your advice on this matter, which may result in your order being delayed.
In case our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided are incorrect or if there is a variation, then we may approach you to cross-check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may also delay an order.
At any point in time during the garment construction process, the product cannot be cancelled.

Refunds

A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a refund in your bank account. Refunds will be processed in the form of a credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within seven business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns might be delayed slightly.
Products purchased during Sale will not be eligible for refunds.
At no point in time will Jazzlifestylechennai issue refunds more than the value of the product.
